I love living in our small little town of Windham, Maine. It's the town I grew up in, I graduated from, and now I raise my family here. The population is about 16,000 although it's seems way less because sometimes it feels like I know everyone around here. The North Windham Wal-Mart is the most happening place in all of Lakes Region. I swear you can't go there without seeing at least 4 people you know. The schools are great. There was only 120 people in my graduating class. I've never been to a place where I've felt a stronger sense of community. It's comforting.
Today was the Summerfest. We went to the fireworks show. Tanner was so excited for the show to start but once it started he screamed and shook and wanted to go home. We talked him into staying by telling him that a John Deere color firework was coming next. The grand finale put him over the edge. Besides that, it was fun. Caleb found a ton of his friends so he was off until the show started.

Oh my heavens... you are a dork! My favorite think about Windham is I don't live there anymore. It's nice to go to Wal-mart in Utah...I don't have to get fully make-upped because I don't ever see people I know. Oh, the pressure... ;)
