Caleb was sustained and ordained a deacon today! In our church, when a boy turns twelve he graduates from primary and is officially part of the Young Men. A deacon is the first step in YM. This means he will be able to pass the sacrament and he now holds the Aaronic Priesthood. I can't believe he's 12! I am so proud of him.

Um, this makes it even more real that he is old... and THAT means we are old. Boo. This is very exciting!! I wish we could see him passing the sacrament. Ava would yell at him. She does it to all the young men (and members of the bishopric) every Sunday. Yeah, but ONLY when it's really, really quiet...
