{ so sad. }

I'm so sad. My camera broke. I don't think it's worth it to get it fixed...So I really have my eye on this:
Well, maybe not the D80. I reallllly want the D40 (Sweetie, are you reading this?)

You should check out the Canon Powershot S5 IS. It is an 8mp, 12x zoom camera with all of the bells and whistles that I will ever need for now. I don't even know how to use all of the fun settings. It also has a setup for an additional flash and the lens can be changed to something more techy if I want to learn more and do more. The price is also much lower than the Nikon which was great for me! It was still expensive, but much better than other cameras that can do the same things! Check it out and see what you think!
